AP Lawns & Resort is a multi-functional hospitality and events destination designed to maximize revenue generation through diverse program offerings. The project features a grand wedding lawn capable of hosting up to 2,000 guests, complemented by a semi-open multipurpose venue accommodating 500 guests for corporate gatherings, celebrations, and social events. Additional facilities include a traditional Kalyani, seven luxury suite rooms, and a lounge overlooking a swimming pool with a deck designed for intimate events of up to 100 guests. Together, these spaces create five independent yet interconnected revenue streams within a single destination.
